With over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate their most challenging internal landscapes, Warren founded Kind Attention Behavioral Health to bridge the gap between high-level clinical expertise and compassionate care. He specializes in treating OCD through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), helping individuals reclaim their lives from the cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions.
Warren’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that effective therapy requires both a proven roadmap and a supportive partnership. By weaving Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into his work, he empowers individuals to stop the "tug-of-war" with their emotions and start living a life aligned with their deepest values. A graduate of American International College with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Warren combines 12 years of clinical wisdom with a steady, empathetic presence to guide you toward lasting change.
